Since 2002 we've provided a commercial and domestic cleaning service for Lincolnshire.
We cleans offices, schools, private houses and rental properties among others.
Along with cleaning carpets, windows, upholstery and hard floors we take specialist work such as graffiti removal and power-washing.

I’ve worked in the cleaning industry since 1999, beginning at East Lindsey Partnership Housing, then as a sole trader, and now with a team of more than 25.
I'm still the main point of contact and advice for clients and provide our staff's training. Regular quality checks are carried out which are used for staff assessments and typically I take lead with the first cleans.
Easy Cleans Director
Julia joined Easy Cleans in 2007 and now plays a key role in delivering our cleaning services and supervising our staff. Julia regularly visits all sites to undertake quality checks and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Danny joined us in 2010 and he manages our window cleaning services. We use the safe and efficient reach-and-wash (or pole) system.

Most of our domestic work involves spring-cleaning or one-off deep cleaning. We tailor our service to your needs, but often it includes cleaning woodwork, cob-webbing, moving out furniture to clean behind, washing walls and ceilings, cleaning light fittings, kitchen units, carpets and hard floors.
Typically our service suits those with busy lives and those who are unable to do it themselves. We've cleaned the homes of elderly relatives admitted to hospital and we have worked closely with Social Services.

We presently clean 20 offices from small firms with few staff to national companies with scores of employees. Typically, we are bin-emptying, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning hard floors but also toilets and kitchen areas.
When quoting, Stephen visits to look and discuss requirements and if cleaning materials and equipment needs providing. Schedules can be daily, weekly, monthly or anything inbetween. If you have been without a cleaner we can start with a "deep clean".
Stephen undertakes all initial work, then for training, Stephen or Julia work alongside the regular cleaners. Once cleaners are settled we visit regularly to see all continues to run smoothly. Our first clients from 2002 are still with us.
Clients often request extra services to enhance their premises and experience for staff and visitors. We can clean carpets, upholstery, windows (inside and out), and a variety of deep-cleaning procedures such as steam-cleaning and power-washing.

We're members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) and fully insured for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
For quotes it helps if you know the measurements and type (Wool, Axminster, Wilton, Jute, Coir, Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Berber, Cord, Velour) and any particular spills or stains. If you are not sure, we can visit you.
Our speciality. Carpets are cleaned, softened and deodorised and can be used immediately. The carpet pile is raised and dust mites and other allergens are reduced. No sticky detergent residue is left and the carpets stay cleaner longer. We recommend dry cleaning for wool carpets and oriental rugs and where carpets need to be used quickly.
This method provides good results but carpets must be allowed time to dry before use.
We clean most types of upholstery including leather. Depending on the fabric, we use wet-extraction or dry-cleaning methods.

We use the the new reach and wash system which is a glass and carbon water fed telescopic pole, which delivers clean water via a double trim brush.
The Poll system work well, There's no detergent left on the glass and frames and that mean it will stay cleaner longer also on the health and safety side there is no longer need of ladder .

We offer a house and garden clearance service for landlords, estate agents, and anyone who has a property that needs clearing. We have a waste carrier’s licence and full insurance. If tenants have left unwanted furniture or other items, we will clear these away to a designated waste disposal company.
We use GBM waste disposal in Louth; H Cope & Sons or Biffa in Grimsby; and Bell’s in Scunthorpe. We can also clean properties ready for new tenants.
